Pro-invest Group, a uniquely integrated hospitality investment and asset management platform, industry leaders in real estate asset management, development and planning as well as hotel operations.

Pro-invest Group has a healthy reputation in the ESG space, they believe that an active focus on a business’s Environmental, Social and Governance impact has direct competitive and financial benefits and therefore embed all areas of ESG across their business.

Their initiatives and impact were not cohesive, they were disparate in their positioning across the various business units. They wanted to create a wholistic approach to their ESG position and profile. We created and launched a bespoke ESG brand.

The Solution & Deliverables

  • Worked on a cohesive brand name and Brand ID that works in line with the Pro-invest Group brand guidelines, to ensure consistency.
  • Created the internal launch marketing materials and the communications process.
  • Created a 3 min brand film. The full end to end process and delivery was managed by Fraser Marketing International. We worked onthe Mood board, visual headline scripting, shoot list, appointed and managed the camera-person and the filming process on location,through to post-production editing, script writing and voice over.

The Outcome

ESG brand was proudly launched on the big screen, at AHICE 2022. Thisaudience is made up of hoteliers and asset managers, a perfect platform in which to launch the this ESG brand and showcase the 3 minbrand film.

This is now firmly embedded into the business and all of their communications across both Pro-invest Group and Pro-invest Hotels.
