With the exponential growth for this Investment company, 7 new hotels opening and bringing the first Kimpton into the Australian market, combined with a restructure across the Pro-Invest Hotels portfolio with the on-property Sales & Marketing teams removed and no centralised Marketing & PR team in place, Pro-invest Group and Pro-invest Hotels required a Marketing Strategy lead and implementation expert.

The Solution & Deliverables

Fraser Marketing International worked across both businesses – Pro-Invest Group – a uniquely integrated Hospitality investment and asset management business, and Pro-Invest Hotels – the award-winning Hotel Management team who manage 24 hotels, across 10 brands with in the portfolio.

This scope of work involved a broad range of Brand Marketing and specific Project Management requirements including but not limited to:

  • Brand refresh and re-positioning work
  • Produce a relevant brand TOV and create all relevant brand assets/collateral
  • Build strength in story-telling
  • Create a refined information and product-led, lead generating website
  • Opened 7 new hotels, including 3 new brands to the portfolio

The Outcome

This business has gone from strength to strength in the APAC market, with new deal signings, strong brand reputation and recognition. We played a role in enabling the businesses to articulate their offering, create the right processes and brand assets, to enable them to transition to an in- house team and further grow the business portfolio and diversification.
